Unlike most realtors, who spend most of their time searching for new customers from the general public and concentrate on the sale and commission, over 88% of my business comes from our clients’ endorsements and repeat business. I focus on the long term relationship with my clients and, as a result, you benefit and get value by receiving more of my undivided attention, education , predictability and dedication.
My goal is for you to be so happy with the help that I provide, that you will gladly refer me to people you really care about. My promise is to give you sound real estate advice and help you to understand the future implications of the decisions you make.
I see my three roles to be your consultant, your negotiator, and the overseer of all of your transactional details. As your consultant, I will ask you questions and then vigilantly listen to your answers to determine what is important to you and how best to help you reach your goals.
I am also your negotiator and will treat your money as if it were mine. When it's time to save or make you money, I am relentless to get you the best value for your money. As a result, you will soon realize that my negotiating skills alone are reason enough to have me on your team.
My third role is to oversee all of the transactional details. Every "i" must be dotted and every "t" must be crossed, because there are over 100 pieces of paper requiring up to 43 signatures and initials and making a mistake can be very costly to you. Every transaction has 100-150 phone calls alone and there are 43 different people from 14 different industries that get involved during the 7 stages of your experience. This is called "integrated complexity". Imagine that I am your pilot and you are my passenger on your flight - if we run into turbulence, my job is to keep you safe and calm as I land the plane and help you reach your destination.
With over 15 years experience and having helped over 640 people realize their home ownership dreams, I have the experience and knowledge to take care of all of your needs.
As your consultant, my job is to keep you safe. I do that by helping you to use the equity of your property over time to build wealth, and to become financially free. So that when it comes time for you to retire, you won't be living on a shoestring, like over 75% of the retired population in North America.
